FINES MASTER FUNTIME..

To add a bit of fun to our games at prize-giving, we have appointed a Fines Master.

​

The Fines Master will hand out fines to players along the following lines...

​

Golfing Misdemeanours.

​

Before prize-giving at each game, our Fines Master will hand out fines for any misdemeanours by any player during the round i.e. answering your mobile, talking on someones backswing, playing the wrong ball, arriving late, not wearing your society golf shirt, swearing out loud, throwing of clubs etc.

Players can report these to the fines master after the round and each “tattle-tale” will cost £2.00.

 

Special Animal Fines.

At the start of the game, each 4 ball will be handed a bag containing 4 animals.

​

You will be asked to hand in a deposit of £5.00 for this bag of animals.

Each bag will have the following animals in it:

​

Lizard  -  For hitting your ball into a bunker.

​

Snake  -  For taking 3 putts on any hole.

​

Monkey – For hitting your ball into trees or bushes.

​

Frog – For hitting your ball into the water.

​

​

During the round these animals will be passed around to the player who hit the last shot, as described above. At the end of the round you must hand the bag of animals back to the Fines Master with the names of who held which animal last. The fines master will then fine each player accordingly.

If any 4 ball loses all (or any of the animals) they will be fines £5.00

Any money left over from trophies, prizes and administration will go into the prize fund for the Society Championship.
